All refunds and returns are processed by Baywood River LLC.

At Baywood River LLC, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and an excellent customer experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Returns Policy is designed to guide you through the return process. Please carefully read the following information to ensure you understand your rights and responsibilities.

Returns Window

You may initiate a return for items within 30 days from the date you received your order. To ensure a smooth return process, please notify us as soon as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

The item is returned within 30 business days (Monday–Saturday) of delivery.

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

All tags, labels, manuals, or accessories are intact.

You provide valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to Start a Return

To begin a return:

1. Contact us at info@baywoodriver.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos if the item is defective or damaged

2. Wait for our team to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

If your return is due to our error (wrong or defective item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If not, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Final sale, clearance, or discounted items marked “non-returnable.”

  • Gift cards or store credits.
  • Personalized, customized, or special-order items.
  • Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
  • Items showing signs of use or that have been altered.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect.

We will evaluate the situation and may offer:

  • A replacement of the same item (if available)
  • An exchange for a similar item
  • Or a full refund to your original payment method

Important: Damage claims made more than 48 hours after delivery may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective or damaged on arrival.
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

We’ll notify you by email if your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (Mon-Sat).

Bank or payment processor delays may affect when the refund appears on your account.

Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item sent).

Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.

You may cancel your order if:

You contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

If your order has already shipped:

It cannot be cancelled. However, you may be able to return the item once received (see “Eligibility for Returns” Above).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take extra time to post.
  3.  If it’s still missing after 10 business days (Mon-Sat), email info@baywoodriver.com for help.

Unauthorized Returns

Any return that does not follow this policy or is sent back without an RMA:

  • May not be accepted.
  • Will not be refunded.
  • May be returned to the sender at their own cost.

Holiday & Extended Returns

During holidays or special promotions, we may extend our return window. Any extensions will be clearly stated on our website or promotional materials at that time.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of your order:

It will be treated as a return.

Return shipping costs and original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business:

We reserve the right to refuse a return or cancellation if fraud or abuse is suspected.

Excessive or repeated returns or cancellations may result in account review or order refusal.
