Shipping policy

Fulfillment: Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted partners, which may include print-on-demand providers, Shopify Collective merchants, or other third-party suppliers.
Shipping Regions: We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that some suppliers may have restrictions on certain locations.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout for each order. Free shipping promotions are noted on product pages where applicable.
Delivery Times: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by supplier and destination. Shipping to remote locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer than the estimated delivery time shown at checkout.
Tracking: Tracking information is provided when available.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Order cut-off time
Our Order cut-off time is 5:00 PM, (Mon-Sat), (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Most items arrive in 5–8 business days, but delivery times may vary depending on the supplier and your location. Large items or products from our partners may take longer.
Shipping to remote locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer than the estimated delivery time shown at checkout.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or U.S. federal holidays.
During peak times or high order volumes, processing may be slightly delayed.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking info once your order is dispatched.
Processing time includes reviewing your order, quality control and packaging.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include order processing time. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues.
Shipping Costs & Taxes
We offer one standard shipping option for all orders.
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. Flat rate: $4.90 per order.

Applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. You’ll see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to the following:
P.O. Boxes
APO/FPO military addresses
International destinations
Some oversized or restricted items may not qualify for shipping to all U.S. states.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Baywood River Outdoor Gear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
For lost or stolen packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
For damaged items, email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@baywoodriver.com with your order number and photos of the damage for review.
Damaged goods
We accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or have print/quality issues.
Items must be new and unused, with tags or original packaging intact.
We will replace the item or refund your payment.
To request a return, email info@baywoodriver.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.
Change of address
If you need to change the delivery address of your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@baywoodriver.com or call us on +1 (276) 620-4074. Address changes can only be made before the order is processed and shipped. Once the order is on its way, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate during checkout.
We are not liable for delays or mis deliveries resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Failed Deliveries & Return to Sender
If your package is returned to us due to:
An incorrect/incomplete address
Failed delivery attempts
Refused delivery
You will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Alternatively, we can process a refund minus the original shipping fee.
Holiday Shipping Notice
During peak holiday periods, please allow extra time for both order processing and shipping.
We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.
Order cancellation:
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@baywoodriver.com or call us on +1 (276) 620-4074. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
