To create clean, professional engraved hat patches, your logo must be in a vector (SVG) format that is laser-ready.

If your file is clean, properly formatted, and ready for laser cutting or engraving — there is no additional charge.

✔ If Your Logo Needs to Be Converted?

If you provide:

• JPG
• PNG
• Screenshot
• Low-resolution file
• Social media image
• Or a file that is not laser-ready

Your logo will need to be professionally vectorized before production.

This add-on covers:

• Manual redrawing and cleanup

• Converting artwork to true vector format

• Smoothing lines and closing paths

• Adjusting line weight for engraving

• Preparing your logo specifically for hat patch production

✨ This ensures your finished hats look crisp, professional, and high-quality.

This is a one-time design fee per logo.

If you reorder hats later using the same logo, you will not be charged again.
