How to Submit Your Handwriting

To ensure your custom engraved ornament turns out beautifully, please follow these steps after placing your order:

1. Take a Clear Photo of the handwriting 
   • Place the handwriting on a solid, non-textured background (white works best).
   • Make sure the photo is taken from directly above—not at an angle.
   • Use good, even lighting to avoid shadows or glare.
   • Ensure all handwriting is sharp, readable, and not cut off.
2. Email Your Photo Within 24 Hours
   Please send the photo to baywoodriver@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.
3. We’ll Handle the Rest
   Once we receive your image, we’ll prepare it for engraving and reach out if we need anything else.
